  1. The Air Pressure And Temperature Has Changed
    Have you noticed a difference in your car’s air pressure and temperature? Think of when you first purchased your car – if the fan was on high, it would be blowing out air at a consistent and steady flow. If you had the temperature at low – it would be blowing out cold air consistently. Now, what are your current air pressure and temperature levels? If they have changed and are not true to what your settings are set at, that is an indication that your AC system is dying.

  2. There Is A Scent Coming From The Vents
    If you are noticing a smell coming from the vents, that is a clear indication that there is something wrong with your AC system – especially if the odour is making your vehicle smell like a boys change room. This could be an indication that there is a leak, or even mould, built up in your AC system’s evaporator case.

  3. You’re Hearing A Strange Noise
    AC systems are usually quiet – unless you have your fans on high, then they can be quite noisy. If you are noticing unusual sounds coming from your vents, it’s usually an indicator that the compressor is either blocked or needs changing. Your compressor is the part that the AC relies on. This component pressurizes the system and ensures there is proper air flow.
